| Walk a mile in my shoes
Only on this board can you find someone who has walked the walk of living in chronic pain, wrestling with deliberating over having a very invasive surgery, and the great effort it takes to get on with your life after new and frightening symptoms emerge from a surgery that was designed to make you ALL BETTER.
This site is invaluable and one can get constructive, empathetic and inspiring advice that often loved ones cannot relay to you for lack of knowledge and experience with spinal cord disorders.
So to the sponsors of this board I commend you and to all those who are integral to its operation I give many thanks.
