ayesha22 Newbie (female) Join Date: Oct 2012 Location: mississauga,toronto Posts: 1	private ultrasound/botox clinic i am a physician and my husband is a surgeon i want to establish an independant clinic for ultrsonography and botox /fillers.i have cleared ARDMS,and my husband has fellowship of american board of aesthetic medicine what is the procedure,how do i get the licence?
