I wish we would get some more people interested in this subject. Anyway, I just want to let those reading know that there is virtually no aspect of my life that healthy living has not helped.

I have asthma, allergies, PMS, and an occasional bout of depression. Learning what foods agree and disagree with me has helped me tremendously. If I stay the course on eating right (smaller meals especially) and exercising and taking my vitamin supplements, I feel like a million dollars! I just got a clean bill of health from my doctor (I'm 47 and female) and aside from losing my weight, I don't really have any urgent issues. The only prescription medicine I take is Advair for my asthma twice a day. It has kept me well for over a year. I hope and pray that is all the medicine I will have to be on for a LONG time. And I think eating right, exercising, and taking antioxidants should go a long way in doing that!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
