Question Average Weight.
Hello my name is Jon and I was wondering what the normal weight range for myself is. Im 15 and i am 5'8'' and I have also been lifting weights which I know will make me gain muscle mass. I dont really have any fat on me at all that is really visible. Please help me and if you need to ask anything to help answer my question go ahead.
