WHOOPIE! I hate to ask this because I am new here, but I desperately need your help everyone...
I am 5'2 and 179 almost, possibly 180 pounds over weight. My parents support me 100% but you know when you hear Kat is going on a diet after so many times as I said I was and get over them well becomes old...
They know and belive I can do it they tell me all the time. What makes me so ANGRY IS at myself. I will be doing fantastic and get off the diet. ARGGGGHHH!
But for myself, self esteem, self confidence and health reasons and to look better, I need to loose weight.
I just need support and for some one to listen to me. If I want to get off the diet and help me stay on it, I know it's some thing I need to do and only I can do but if all or some one would listen to me when I have cravings or need to talk I'd sure appreciate it. Just knowing others out there are for me would help...

thank you, it's appreciated... I will have a jorurnal to, so that will help.... I'll write what I eat, how I felt durning the time I ate, etc.
