Only salads and eggs? that seems a very unbalanced diet to me. you need grains, fruit, root vegetables, nuts and lean meat. fair enough, you want to lose weight, but eating a varied diet will not make you gain weight if you portion correctly and eat in moderation only. losing weight is one thing, but possibly putting your health at risk by eating such a narrow range of foods isnt worth it.
try replacing the cappucino with herbal teas, might not taste as nice lol but they're v.good for you!
