| Re: Eat like the French
You can buy the book at any book store, it was very inspiring to me. It is not your typical diet book it doesn't give you a meal plan to follow just alot of great information. I started following this last april and lost about 5 pounds very quickly, I really didn't need to lose any at all but it just seemed that eating really healthy did that, I tried to walk for 45 min every day if I could if I could but just at a normal pace nothing to break a sweat I was really enjoying the view and taking it all in which I had never really done before. I would park my car further away from the entrance and while at home keep my self busy I have a super clean house now, I played with the kids more outside and as a family we made plans to go to different zoo's with good walking trails. After having the new baby now I have started eating this way again and just trying to have a good body image and not be in too much of a rush, I am 6 weeks post pregnancy now and for the past 3 weeks I was doing the low carb thing and running every morning, didn't lose a pound infact gained 2 so I though I will just go back to my old lifestyle the French way (bread, cheese. soups, fruit, yogurt anything I really want just in moderation) and a nice walk everyday andf I have already lost 4 pounds last week wich is amazing because I only have anothe 6 to lose and I am back to my pre preg weight. I have many realitives that live in Europe and they all seem to eat like this and never exercise they think us in America are crazy to spend that much time in the Gym when we could be doing other things. I am happy to be doing this again. I hope you enjoy the book.
