I'm concerned about my daily SODIUM intake, and I feel that I eat too much sodium. I don't pour table salt on anything, but I tend to put alot of soy sauce on things. Also, I go on binges of canned soup when I get really lazy, and those contain a TON of sodium. I am worried about my heart condition in the future, as too much sodium can cause heart disease.
I was wondering if increasing my daily intake of WATER would have any effect? For instance, if I imbibed gallons of water a day. Well, not gallons, but certainly more than I usually do. The past couple of days I've been purposefully drinking more water, and I'm going pee probably 6 or 7 times more than I usually do (which is usually only maybe 6 or 7 times a day.
Other than my sodium intake, I am fairly healthy. 5'8", 130 lbs, hyper-fast metabolism, and occasional exercise.
