I am looking into and would like to do a whole body detox. Can you tell me how to go about that or can you recommend any programs?

There are plenty of all natural herbal detox programs that can be found at a Natural Food Stores or grocery stores. I took one that focused on liver detoxification, colon cleansing, and enzyme digestive support from the brand Zand. They also a daily cleansing program. :angel:
