for the past few months ive noticed i break a sweat so much easier than i ever remember. just small chores around my apartment and i end up dripping sweat from the forehead and armpits. fyi, i weigh about 130 and im 5'6. (male)

now, ive recently moved to an apartment where it gets pretty hot, and before this i was usually in my basement room (nice and cool)back at my moms place....im on my own now, and yea...basically, i just sweat real easy, and its a pain.

could i just be real out of shape? could it be diet? could it be im just in a not so greatly ventilated apartment with no air conditioner?

any ideas or tips would be appreciated

You started to sweat more since you moved into a warmer place so i wouldn't worry about it. If your condition came on without any trigger or sign then i would see a doctor to make sure it's not a symptom of thyroid or glucose disorder that would bring about this excessive sweating. You might want to buy a fan for your apt. Also i would avoid any source of caffeine or hot drinks instead drink cold water.

thanks, but im srota stressing over this still

true there are normal explantions to why i could be sweating more than usual

but like, i spose it does come on mostly after expunging effort, like working out, or sex....i get hot and sweaty and tired faster than usual, my BO is worse than ever too, should i see a doctor? idk whats normal and what isnt.

im fearing its just my physical state right now =\
