I'm always tired why could this be? I exercize daily. I'm a healthy eater, and I take a multivitamin daily. I have a one year old who gets up early, but still, I'm really really tired. I know Im not anemic. It seems sleep is all I crave. Help!
Have you had your thyroid checked lately? That is the first thing my doctor did when I walked into his office several years ago, complaining of unusual tiredness, fatigue, and low energy. Turned out to be an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism). Go see your doctor and have him/her run a complete thyroid panel.
I agree.. check out your thyroid and get your blood checked as well. Hopefully the doctor can figure it out from there. I'm also a very tired person and wasn't anemic, but turns out that low blood sugar runs in the family. I was eating a low sugar diet and trying to eat VERY clean, but I added back in some extra sweets and feel a LOT better. I'm still tired, but it's often because my blood sugar dips so easily. I just have to eat little things often.
If it isn't anything the doctor can find, then could it be stress or depression? Either of these can cause you to be tired all the time even with plenty of sleep. Some people also really need a full 8 hours of sleep. Even with 7, they may feel very tired. Also, a schedule that varies can cause tiredness, so it's recommended to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day (although I don't see how this could be realistic).
Try doing a colon cleanse, like for example the Colonix program from DrNatura. It gets rid of all the toxins in your intestines, and rest of your body.
Chronic fatigue is a due to a combination of:
-an unhealthy diet
-taking in of toxic material from the environment, diet and medicine
-inability to deal with stress
-decreasing energy reserves
-infections from the excessive use of antibiotics which leads to candida and parasites in the body
-lowered immune system
-allergies
other infections in the intestines (mould, parasites..etc)
-toxicity in the blood - toxemia
-mercury poisoning from tooth amalgam can also contribute to CFS.
You need to cleanse out your system so that your body can start functioning properly.
