It depends on how much you mean by "lots of green tea". One gallon per day?
Possible negative effects: 1) Green tea interferes with iron absorption. 2) tea has a diuretic effect which could be good or bad depending on the individual. If one has a problem with frequent urination, tea could make it worse.
In my opinion, every food item needs to have a limit placed on it. I can't think of anything that is good in unlimited quantities. A few people have even died from drinking too much water. It's rare of course but it has been known to happen.
About dizzyness: It's not normal to feel dizzy when drinking green tea but it's difficult to know why you're feeling dizzy without knowing the exact circumstances. For example: Are you drinking it hot or cold? Do you have high blood pressure or low blood pressure? Are you fasting when you drink "lots of tea"? Are you taking any medications or diet pills? Are you well nourished or undernourished?

for me, green tea's are good for our health since it detoxify us form those unnecessary elements which are inside our body. but i think too much drinking of green tea could also lead to some possible sickness. therefore, you should at least monitor your drinking schedules to avoid some possible side effects.

green tea is definitely good! It shouldn't make you feel dizzy.. if you experience the symptom, you might want to consult the doc. One of my friends is allergy to tea, which is rare.
