I have access to the raw milk direct from buffaloes. I think it is a good source of proteins and fats.
Should we remove the layer( I think its fat, but not sure) that gets settles at the top after sometime or drink it as it is.
Which way is more healthy ?
Hi too much fat uses lipase and is therefore hard on the pancreas. The liver produces the substances for fat digestion in the gallbladder and too much fat would be hard on the liver organ and the gallbladder since stones may eventually develop there. Unless I was very thin I would likely skim it. It is said to be good for weight gain.
