Hemp seeds may have good nutritional value but how about the value for your money? I see online you can get 8 ounces for about $13 or you can buy a large quantity of 5 lbs. for $50.. Either way, it seems a bit steep to me. I think you should be able to get all the nutrition you need for much less money.
If your doctor tells you that you have a specific vitamin deficiency for B12 or D3 then I could see taking those if you can't get enough from your diet. But for a young person to just take a multivitamin, I can't help but wonder why. Are you eating a nutrition-poor diet? If so, it's unlikely that a pill will make up for it. A pill is not an apple, tomato or broccoli. A pill can never take the place of real healthy whole food.
Again, I have to wonder why you would be interested in this. Do you consider yourself to be toxic in some way? If so, how did you get that way? Did your doctor tell you this? Is there any objective criteria for needing this?
