have 2 lose ma weight :(

ammm hello docters i m also a doc , a bds doc ....actually i wanted 2 know about calories....i how many calories should be taken during dieting?????
n specially according to my routines???
my routines are....
i wake up 7.00am to get ready for my i m final yr bds student
8.00am sharp i go to university
10.00 i go to opd by uni bus
v work there for upto 2.00pm
v come back to hostle very tired n fatigued
pray namaz n eat meal n take a sleep upto 6.30 pm
wake up have some tea n some snakes
pray maghrib namaz n eat dinner
read some books n sleep

aww...forgot 2 tell tht i always eat snakes in uni like rolls or french fries or paties

so now how can i plan my diet according to all this

my weight i dunno may be 62 or 63 n my height 5.3 ....age 23

Assuming that your level of activity amounts to "moderate exercise", you would need 2,438 calories to maintain your weight. To lose weight, you might consider cutting about 500 calories per day.
