ammm hello docters i m also a doc , a bds doc ....actually i wanted 2 know about calories....i how many calories should be taken during dieting?????
n specially according to my routines???
my routines are....
i wake up 7.00am to get ready for my opd..hospital i m final yr bds student
8.00am sharp i go to university
10.00 i go to opd by uni bus
v work there for upto 2.00pm
v come back to hostle very tired n fatigued
pray namaz n eat meal n take a sleep upto 6.30 pm
wake up have some tea n some snakes
pray maghrib namaz n eat dinner
read some books n sleep
aww...forgot 2 tell tht i always eat snakes in uni like rolls or french fries or paties
so now how can i plan my diet according to all this
my weight i dunno may be 62 or 63 n my height 5.3 ....age 23
