Smile Beware of special offers designed to get you off your diet (resolution)

I heard a news report on the radio yesterday that several fast food restaruants are putting on special discount offers to boost sales. This is the time of year that sales lag because tens of millions of people have made New Year's resolutions to lose weight.

If you are prepared for this, I think you will be less likely to get knocked off your diet. For example, if you get special offers in the mail, don't even look at them. Just throw them out.
