I'm in the process of changing my eating habits and I'm trying to work out more and lose some weight. I've noticed that when I walk a lot or work out, I have these little soft knots pop up on my legs, (below the knee) they will go down after I am done working out. I noticed tonight when I went to a kick boxing class I had them. They will burn a little while they are raised. What could this be? Anyway to prevent them from happening?
