Working Out

I'm in the process of changing my eating habits and I'm trying to work out more and lose some weight. I've noticed that when I walk a lot or work out, I have these little soft knots pop up on my legs, (below the knee) they will go down after I am done working out. I noticed tonight when I went to a kick boxing class I had them. They will burn a little while they are raised. What could this be? Anyway to prevent them from happening?

I can't help you with words, but I would like to give you support since I'm lazy to start with my program for weight loss. Good luck, I hope you'll find someone here on forum who can help you. Otherwise I encourage you to visit your doctor and sick for advise from him. All the best.

hmmm... Never heard of that happening. Are any of the people in your kick boxing class health workers? It may be worth it to show someone when it's actually happening to see if they have any idea.

I have never heard of this. I guess I would keep working out and see if it persists and if it does, then see a doctor.
