Hello everyone, recently I've been wanting to eat healthier. Well, while getting into the rutine I've found that I flatulate more and my stomach makes more sounds. Is that normal? Is my body just getting used to changing how I eat? I need help!
Hi, it is difficult to asses your situation without knowing exactly what you are eating. Perhaps you could reveal what your diet is. Certain fruits like bananas and apples can produce gas in the stomach. Also never mix apples and oranges, together they produce hellacious gas. Some people have problems with broccoli so you really have to limit your amounts at first so you can see what your system will easily digest/
