| Earwax issues
Gah! My right ear produces way more wax than my left one does, and every now and then, it gets clogged. I once had to have it syringed (and then it was perfect for a while).
Are those storebought wax removal kits any good? How long should I really keep the stuff in my ear? Should I wait for the popping/foaming (from the oxygen release) to stop completely, or is that too long, and the stuff will set? Also, as far as flushing it with the little rubber bulb thing, should I just wash it out gently, or should I shoot the water against the opper side of my ear canal, in the same way they do with the ear syringe?
Also, after it's cleared up, what are some good preventative measures to keep ear clear of "overwax"? Some people recommend cleaning regularily with cue tips, while others say that having a cuetip in there will actually increase wax production, cause your body thinks there's something that needs to be flushed out. Should I just use the ear drops once every other week or something, just to keep clearing some of it out?
Thanks
