Dizzy, loud rushing noise in ears anyone else?
I get very dizzy, can hardly stand and hear a loud rushing sound in my ears then feel sick and exhausted from this for the rest of day. This started happening about four years ago and happens on and off throughout the month. Does anyone else have this?

These symptoms sound a lot like Menieres Disease. You should probably ask for referral to audiologist for hearing test and have ENG. These tests should confirm Menieres.Hope this helps.
