I am new to this forum also. I was diagnosed about 6 months ago. I am on dyazide and the low sodium diet. I bought a book on low sodium foods which helps identify foods high in sodium. I haven't had an attack in awhile just have the good and bad days of ringing. I guess at this point just trying to see what works for me. Last week I had eaten a bannana a day and noticed improvement in noise level. Does anyone know anything about taking the dyazide and potassium? Maybe it was just a pure lucky week!
