Yes, that is true. I was told the same thing by Dr. Kujawski in Geneve. He is a colleague of Dr. Poe and they share the same approach in diagnosing tubal disfunctions and in curing them (expecially PET).
In my case, LPR is the relevant cause of my PET, so Dr. Kujawski gave me a protonic pump blocker (omperazolo) in order to control acidity, and a corticosteroid nose spray which should help the tissue of my tubes to heal.
