| Ear ringing/netti pot
I am dealing with TMJ and sinus issues which have resulted in ringing in my ears and a feeling of congestion in the ears since January. I have been to an ENT who diagnosed the TMJ and some mild sinus issues after an exam, hearing test, and a CAT scan. Sometimes the ringing is worse especially when sinus is worse or when there is a lot of stress. I am finding all of this tiring and frustrating.
I do know that many people and now doctors suggest the netti pot or some sort of nasal rinse for sinus. However, I have read that this may not be good if ear issues are involved. Does anyone know if the netti pot or sinus rinses are good or not when the ears are involved?
