A weird feeling in my ears... like wind blowing

There's really no pain...just a weird sound and feeling like how your ears feel when the winds blows or if you were to put your hands to your ear and then fan... very similar to how your ears feels after a swim. I really can't explain the feeling any better than that... it's a very unusual feeling, and when it does occur it can drown out other noises. It's been going on for a month now.
Help Me Please!
