Sweating and dizziness

I recently came off a flight and had some dizziness and sweating. I have had some inner ear issues. Are they related?

Dizziness and inner ear problems can definitely be related. The inner ear is the balance determination for the body and if it is not healthy it make your entire world feel like it is sliding around. When I had ear surgery back in December I was dizzy for about 5 days.

As for the sweating, never heard of a link to the inner ear. But, if you have an infection it could cause the inner ear and sweating. So, they could be related.

If it does not go away soon, or gets worse, go see an ENT.
