can the stapes prostheses be dislodged or knocked out of place from a blow to the head?

Anything is possible. I managed to dislocated the bones in the ear from a fall/blow to the head. So if the bones can be dislocated from a blow to the head a prosthesis could also be dislocated.

Have you had this happen? How far post-op are you?
