| Stapedectomy
I had my Stapedectomy in my left ear 20 April 2011. There were no complications and my packing was removed. I have very good hearing in my left ear since the operation. Had a hearing test done and there was a remarkable improvement. My problem is that I developed a whooshing sound in my left ear. This started 5 days after the packing was removed; it went away for 3 days and started again.
What is the cause of this and how long does it "normally" last. I know everybody is different I just would like a indication.
