Perforated eardrum?

Last Sunday, I put a cue tip/cotton bud into my ear to clean it & went a little too far. (Stupid I know, lesson learned). At the time there was
A little bit of blood on my finger, so I assumed I had just cut inside my ear.
The following day I noticed a brown coloured discharge so thought I would go to doctors. She said that she could not see the eardrum properly because of all the discharge, gunk etc, so prescribed me with amoxocillin, to prevent/help any infection there may be & advised I should go back in 48 hours if the pain wasn't any better.

The pain never subsided so went back to the doctors yesterday (different GP this time), she took my blood pressure, temperature & both fine & advised me to continue to stick to antibiotics & painkillers which is fine.

However last night I woke up in pain at 3am & my ear was wet, so I put my finger in & noticed it was blood again on my finger.

I am now really worried that it had started bleeding again & my hearing had pretty much disappeared. Does that mean I have ruptured eardrum again before it had healed. Is it normal & do you think I should go to specialist ENT to get it looked. At the moment I am not bothered about the loss of hearing as I am confident this will come back.

I just want the pain to go away. If it is not any better come Sunday that will be a full week & from what I can see from google etc is that the symptoms should only last 2-3 day.

Thanks for your advise & sorry for waffling on a bit.
