It sounds like one of the facial nerves is impinged somewere. It can be in the cervical spine, or in the TMJ joint...or even in the middle ear. It's hard to pinpoint and I doubt the antibiotics will be of much use.
It CAN be cardiac related but usually not without a spectrum of other problems.
First thing I'd try would be a chiropractic neck manipulation or some light neck traction (you might be able to rig up something yourself...CAREFULLY). I've fashioned a cute head sling that attatches to a lat pulldown machine at 5,10,15, or 20 pounds...always gets stares at gym
The light bulb went off in my head and I remembered your earlier posts....of course, the jaw pain fits perfectly into the spectrum of your angina picture. I left the post up to show how I'd respond to somebody with NO cardiac symptoms.
And now you made me curious whether MY neck and shoulder pains will return. Who knows...
But then Bette Davis comes to mind...
"Oh Jerry, let's not ask for the moon; we have the STARS."
Good luck Thursday.
