I take a form called Q-Gel. I used to work for a bio tech company and came across this information from a scientist. If you are worried and you shouldn't be, about taking this go to search and put in Tishcon. They make the q-Gel
which is more absorbable then most q-10. It is very good for the heart!
It is very costly, but I order it from Swanson Vitamins and wait for the sales.
I haven't taken it the last few months as I have been unemployed. I haven't noticed anything drastic. Good Luck
