Thinking about any ailment we have always makes it worst. Stress and anxiety is the last thing you need to add to it. Try to stay calm and focus on other things.
It does sound to me like you have heartburn. Why don't you try some ginger tea or get some DGL tablets from a healthfood store. Have you been taking antacids? or rolaids? Does that relieve it? If so, then it's probably heartburn.
