Question Help understanding holter monitor report!

I wore the 24 hour monitor since I was having PVC's. The report is as follows:

General
117,233 QRS complexes
1,270 Ventricular beats 1%
104 Supraventricular beats < 1%
<1% of total time classified as noise

Heart Rates
45 Minimum
83 Average
123 Maximum
16,216 beats in tachycadia >100 bpm, 14% total
3,999 beats in bradycardia <60 bpm, 3% total
1.52 seconds Max R-R

Ventriculars V.F.E.
1,270 Isolated
0 Couplets
0 Bigeminal cycles
0 Runs totaling 0 beats

Supraventriculars S.J.A.
83 isolated
5 couplets
0 Bigeminal cycles

Interpretation
NSR predominates.
Frequent PVCS and occasional PACS seen.
No other signficant arrhythmias seen.
Minimum HR 45, Average HR 83, and Maximum HR 123 BPM

You had 1200 premature ventricular contractions. Total heart beats 117,233. 104 superventricle beats those are beats occuring above the ventricles. no couplets or runs or bigeminal cycles. You had some tachycardia and some bradycardia. Your dominate rythm is normal sinus rythm.
