Who else was prescribed Protonix? - Heart Disorders Message Board

In another thread someone with chest pain mentioned that she was also prescribed Protonix for acid reflux. Currently Protonix is the only medication I'm on and it was prescribed during my hospital stay for chest pain. It would be interesting to see if there is a correlation. How many other people here were also prescribed Protonix?

i take protnix for very very mild GERD

i havent taken it for years, as it never really bothered me. But started taking it again a few months ago when i realized that my PVC's occurred after eating

as far as i can tell its been very helpful. I dont have as many PVC's, and go a few days without any

how its related or what it does i dont know, just that its been working when nothign else has

I was also prescribed Protonix when I complained of chest pains.

I have also previously been on Protonix for vomiting bile and spitting up blood. It helped, but I don't take it anymore. It did seem to help for awhile. Now they know that it is my gallbladder.
