Does anyone know - Heart Disorders Message Board

I am two weeks post ablation for bigeminy. ON the whole the bigeminy has almost gone., However a couple of days I have had episodes where it feels like its trying to start again. The day after my ablation I went into something called junctional rythym tachycardia. Can all of this be attributed to myheart being irritated? If so how long does it take for the heart to heal and not be irritated? Any input would be appreciated. By the way I had three spots burned and it took 9 and a half hours to do.......Thanks STephnie

I Had Ablation But Not Your Kind. It Was For Atrial Fib/flutter. 4 Mos Later I Now Have Atrial Flutter On The Other Side Of My Heart.
I Hope This Takes Care Of Whatever You Have. I Was Only Under 3 Hours And May Need Another One. The Symtoms Of What You Had Is Still Likely To Come Back Until The Ablation Scars Heal (3 Mos-6mos) In Some Cases I've Been Told. Good Luck.

thanks babag I hope you get some relief for your problem too. I guess I expected to not have anything going on after the ablation.......I expected to much and didnt think it would take time to heal. Again thanks for the input and good luck to you.
