Hi,

I been taking my blood pressure and I used to be 130/90 but after eating alot of green veggies i am always 116/70 sometimes 110/60 is that to low? I also have MVP. I noticed to if i run i get out of breath quick, kinda feels like i can take in enough air. I do have anxiety issues so i am not sure this is the case. Seems like it is only when i think about the breathing process that i get like this. I never work out and I wanna start again though. i am not over weight at all. 6'2 190 pounds. does this all sound normal?

No it's NOT too low and PLEASE tell me WHICH green vegetables you eat and I'll go out and buy a few pounds.

i buy a veggie platter. eat alot of cellery, brockli or however u spell it. eat it all raw. lots of it. give it to days. also drink a ton of water even if u dont like it.

Hi Shawn...Boy, I will take your 110/60 any day. You should live a long life with BP like that. Keep up the good work. Mine is 120/65 - 125/70 and this is with 1/2 pill of Avalide 150/12.5 daily. Think I will become a vegetarian.

Did the doctors say if your MV is mild or moderate? I have mild MV Regurgitation an told not to be concerend until it gets to be moderate, which it may never get there. I also get winded easily and not sure if this is anxiety or being aware of my breathing or if this could still be mild MV Regurgitation causing this. My Efraction is 60 so my heart is strong I am told.

i was 15 when told i had MVP. The doc never told me if there was regurgitation or not. He even said i could grow out of it. i am 25 now. I went to the doc because of a panic attack at age 21 and they said my heart was fine. Also i went to a doc to be cleared for corrections officer training and they said i was fine. i just sit around all day till i go to NY in a month and get back into hockey. So i am not sure if ther eis regurgitation or not. im on no meds for mvp. Also the the way i take my BP is through a home wrist tester i have. its pretty cool.
