question about running with pvc's

Hi again, nother question about exersice. Just a simple one, After i run, i feel my paulse, its goin fast and no pvc's that i can notice, tho when i feel them in my neck sometimes they seem like sometimes theres a harder beat than others, theres no pause, but it seems like theres a harder one.

And also i felt really tired after just a few min of running... I DID run INSIDE my house in the spacious basement i had, lack of good circulation may cause a slight dizzyness? or slightly heavy clothing i was wearing? This has never happened before.

I have a really stuff nose too, and its 11pm ( had to try something new)

any advice?
