I'm confused- Sometimes, usually when I'm sitting at the computer, I get these pains. It's right under my bra strap, it's so bad I have to take my bra off, then it still hurts. When you get serious chest pains, is that where they are, under your bra strap? I have to go stretch out, lay down flat, then it quits. I was thinking it's probably something to do with my stomach, but the pain is also in both my jaws, which is to do with your chest. I'm so confused, someone PLEASE HELP! I've had this happen on and off for a couple of years. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it scares me.
I would appreciate any advice-thanks.
Thanks for the response WILLDO, I don't think it's on the left, it's like right in the middle. Whats really weird is that I've noticed it happens when I'm slumped over a little bit, my posture isn't the best. When I'm sitting at the computer I slump, one time when I was sitting on the floor wrapping Christmas presents for a long period of time, it happened really bad then, I was slumped over then too. When I straighten up it helps somewhat. Do you think I'm putting some kind of pressure on something by slumping over? Thanks again.
Thanks again Willdo for the response. I looked up angina and hiatal hernia, neither one really sounds like my symptoms. I hope its neither, since they both sound awful.
I had an echo done 3 years ago because of all my palps. All they found was MVP. So, I must not of had anything serious then or it would have showed up, right? Unless I've developed something since then.
I will be paying more attention to see how often this happens. My dad said that he gets similar pains, and Alka-Seltzer helps.
We don't have the best insurance, so I try not to go to the doctor much if I can help it.
Thanks for the help.
