I am 21 years old and I was wandering if this is hearburn. I feel a sharp pain around my heart. Its very painful. Most people say heartburn is in the middle of the chest. But this is around my heart. sometimes it on the left side of my heart and sometimes its below. anybody know?

thanks i did take a couple rolaids and it went away about three hours later.
