Please answer soon

I had an ekg done and a chest x ray and both came back normal. Could i still have a heart attack. I am a 19 yo male that has no history of heart problems with me or my family. So should i worry.

Why would you worry? Have you any reason to suspect heart trouble?

Tests are not without errors, nor are the results of the tests without misinterpretation, especially X-rays. An echo needs to be properly calibrated and maintained on regular basis. The margin of error is probably at .001 with the general population. Why should you worry?
