you know funny thing also, i woke up really early the past two mornings in a half sleep state to go to the bathroom and it seemed that my HR was around 140-150ish range, i do sleep on the couch and get only around 6-7 hours of sleep a night, when i lay or sit down my HR slows...could it be from the movement getting up and staying up, then when i sit it goes down again?
