concerned4me Junior Member (female) Join Date: Mar 2004 Posts: 32	answers from my dr on chest pain and afib Saw a cardiologist. I have occasional chest pain on my left side... what seems right in the heart area. It lasts 3-5 secs usually. Dr said it's not the heart... if it was, the pain would last longer. He also said afib can happen in pregnancy, which I never knew. JFYI Hope this helps and that he is not a quack. LOL
