| am i crazy?
has anyone here every felt they were out of breath? well not really out of breath but kinda like you are not taking in enough air. i have always been feeling like this for a few years now. But when i work out no chest pain or i never get out of breath really. seems like i tire out easy though. dont know if this is because i dont work out enough or because of my MVP. sometimes i always think i need to go get my heart looked at again. i never have chest pain though. always get a nervous feeling, i think thats my mvp.
