| Is This Palpitations?
Last week I started to feel what was like a fluttering in my chest that made me feel like I had to cough. When it happens my pulse skips a beat. I've felt these every once in a blue moon before, but last week it started happening every 10 to 15 heartbeats, and stayed that way for two days. On the third day I went to the doctor, and of course she didn't hear it, an ekg didn't show anything (it happened before and after they recorded.) And after a couple more days it kept decreasing and then quit happening altogether. The Doctor said she'd put me on a 24 hour monitor, but it was up to me. I don't have insurance, so I didn't do it. Does anyone have an idea as to what's going on?
