I'm trying to make sure I'm taking the right amount of Potassium. I've read 400-500 mg. The pills I bought are 99mg each. Does that mean I need to take 4-5 per day? I go between this board, and anxiety and menopause because of my heart palps. I'm seeing one of my Dr.'s in a week and can ask (last time I saw her she recommended magnesium which I'm taking). I'm just trying anything to see if it helps with my palps!
According to my CBC test report the expected results to be in the normal range is 360 to 500. It can be taken with or without meals, all or in portions...but you may want to only supplement so the amount taken may depend on whether or not there is a deficiency. To exceed the normal range may not be advisable. There may be side effects.
