The past day, I have been having the strangest occurrence. On the complete left side of my chest, right under my arm, I have been feeling what can be described as a constant fluttery, buzzing, vibrating sensation. It definitely feels like it should be related to my heart but my heartbeat is normal. My heart is just beating away perfectly while right under my armpit there is this constant buzzing. Any thoughts?
Are you on any medication? That's what was happening to me, although I think (or thought) it was my heart vibrating. The doctor said my heart was fine but I'm still having effects of the beta blocker and I've been off of it a week now.
Only on Nexium... it really doesn't feel like it's my heart, especially considering that its right under my armpit. Like I said, my heartbeat feels fine while its occurring, it's just that the feeling of the buzzing freaks me out. Was hoping someone had some insight...
I had that fluttery type feeling you described in my stomach for 6 weeks on and off. I am going to the chiro for sciatia and told him about it, he sad it was muscle spasms. I could not feel anything in my pulse either, but had me concerned also.
Hugs, Linda

I also get that fluttery type feeling sometimes, it lasts a few hours, I think it is a muscle spasm. I sometimes get it also very bad in my thigh where I actually can see the muscle "jumping up and down inside."
