| Re: Heart Rate Q
Hey,
Your heart rate is completely normal.
Peoples heart rates are usually lowest during the night when your asleep. When you wake up it will increase and when you get out of bed and start the day it will increase further. Then when you get home and relax it will get lower and then you go to bed it gets lower still and it then the cycle starts again.
Your h/r is probably higher at work because, although you are relaxed you are still doing more than you would be at home, when you are at complete rest with no work related issues to think about.
(dont forget you need to be sat doing nothing for 10 minutes before you calculate your resting h/r)
Everyones heart is completely different but as long as it stays in the 50-100 range then you havent got anything to be worried about.
