pvc's

i was told by someone what magneisum supplement would help with my pvcs and skipped beats. i get them about 3x a day but only last for a few seconds. how much should i take a day and is morning or nights better to take them? does this really help? thanks

It definately helps me! Magnesium is a natural substance in your body, and when your magnesium level is low, it can contribute to arrythmias.
