I also have arrhythmias as to were my heart rate hits 200's. I workout at least try to workout 3 times a week for an hour at the local gym. I have about 30 cardio adn 30 minutes weight lifting for my program. I do 10 cardio, then weights, then 10 cardio till my program is finished. You need to talk to your doctor as to what he thinks would be sutible for you and if he suggest a gym make sure someone there is capable of setting a good tailored program to suit your needs. Other than that it will be learn by trial and error.
