My husband, age 52, had a major heart attack last year and has been placed on total disability. It was a very difficult transition for him and I gave him all the encouragement and support I could offer. His activity level is not much different from before the heart attack and he seems to enjoy the same things he did before. He does have a definite shortness of breath and has to take MANY "breaks" in his activities, but he keeps going anyway.

I have noticed a personality change in him and I am concerned. Not only does he act differently towards me, but right after his heart attack he started sleeping in another bedroom and has no intimacy with me at all. He says he still loves me and feels the same about me. It's been a year now and I don't understand this. Is there a male here that can help me understand what's going on with him? YOur input is greatly appreciated.
