I was driving to school this morning, and all of a sudden I had a pain on the right side of my chest, it wasnt a serve pain or anything, but noticable. I went into school and tried to not think about it, but the pains kept coming back when I would lean forward or make a certain movement. It would also hurt every time I yawned. I suffer from anxiety and I have had EKGs, echocardiogram, and alot more test done and they were all normal. I was wandering do you think this could be my heart causing these pains or mabey I pulled a muscle some how? Im 22 years old.
